Basic Quiche Filling Pre heat oven to 375 4 Large Eggs 1-3/4 Cup Half & Half or *** Heavy Cream *** 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black or white Pepper 1/8 tsp Cayanne Pepper Whisk together and pour in after adding other ingredients. Pour any leftover into a ramekin with any left over ingredients (cheese, tomato, onion anything in the fridge...) and bake with your quiche for a lunch or snack later. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes then turn down to 325 and bake for 30 minutes remove from oven and let stand 5-15 minutes, otherwise it will be sloppy to cut out.
