Chapati -> Roti Makes 4 1/2 cup flour pinch of salt ->Mix it 1/4 cup luke warm water -> with fingers make a soft dough -> put a couple drops of oil on fingers and in bowl -> knead the dough -> make this dough 5 to 10 mins before you need it -> divide into 4 parts -> roll into 4 neat balls -> put iron skillet on med high -> roll out into 5 inch rounds -> test skillet for sizzle with water -> check for brown spots on underside -> then flip and repeat
