Gazpacho Into a big ass bowl Peel and seed and coarsley chop 2 large Cucumbers Seed and coarsley chop 2 large green bell pepper Peel and finely chop 2 Large onions Finely chop 1 bunch of parsley Peel Seed and finely chop and kind of smush 5 pounds of ripe tomatoes Add 1/4 cup red wine vinegar Add 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar 6 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves minced garlic Seed and mince 2 fresh jalapeno Add 4 teaspoons of salt(then check for taste) Add 3-4 cups of plain nothing added tomato juice add more for a thinner gazpacho
